Shipping

We utilize a variety of shipping methods to get your purchase to you quickly; most often this will be Priority Mail or Ground service. The method your order is shipped depends on what you ordered. In any event, you will receive tracking numbers for your shipment directly from the shipping company. Please insure that you do not block or filter these emails out.

• If item is back ordered, sold out or out-of-stock, we will notify you.

• Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, Canada can ship at additional charge- please inquire.

• In cases where an incorrect address is provided, a re-delivery fee will be charged.

• Worldwide shipping available, please inquire.

• Most items will be shipped on the same business day for orders placed before 11 AM.

State Sales Tax

We only collect North Carolina Sales tax for orders made and shipped within NC; we do not collect sales taxes for orders shipped to other states. However, you may be liable for sales tax to your state on the merchandise you receive. You may want to check with your state's taxing authority for "use tax" regulations.

Severance

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Order Cancellations

The purpose of our cancellation policy is to allow a customer to withdraw from the purchase contract. However, there are certain important conditions and limitations. Please read them carefully:

• Cancellation must be in writing by fax or email with confirmation. A telephone call is not sufficient. Emails are not 100% reliable as well.

• Refunds will be made in the same fashion paid.

• Order cancellations will not be accepted for orders already shipped. Some merchandise ships the same day the order is made, so please make an inquiry first or call.

• Order cancellations will not be accepted for custom orders or for merchandise made specifically for customer's use. ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR CUSTOM ORDERS, any deposits will be forfeited.

Returns

Because of the nature of the gift items available from Zoombots.com, they may not be returned.
